At Be Still Ministries our mission is to empower women to overcome setbacks and find their voice. We also strive to be a safe place to inspire young girls toward their purpose. Your Testimony is Your Masterpiece!

For years, I have served as a useful source for those seeking inspiration, help, or advice through coaching and mentoring. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started writing about my walk with Christ, the trials, the tribulations, blessings, and the "Job" experience. Through all my personal setbacks and heartaches I had to learn to forgive, love again, heal, and grow.

There were many times and seasons where God had to stop me in my “crazy busy” life; instructing me to BE STILL! During this time I lost it all and God met me right where I was. He restored me, rescued me, and he used me for His glory.

As a survivor of mental, sexual, and physical abuse, being forced to escape with just one suitcase. In addition to losing both my parents, being in foster care, and more; I want to use my life experiences as a guiding post to help others.  As the Bible says, I know what it feels like to have plenty, and I have to know what it feels like to have nothing at all.

I learned to hear his voice and pick up my cross to fully follow him. Through Christ, I can smile again, love again, and teach others through my testimony.  I want nothing more than to give it back to you! God put on my heart this ministry to encourage, uplift, and inspire women and young girls to find their voice and be the voice for the ones who can't be heard. Reach out to me, I would love to talk and pray with you!

God Bless and like my mom always said; “You can’t lead if you don’t read.” I love y'all and don't you ever forget it.

Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. 4 Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight
